We need 1-2 business days to confirm and pack your order from our warehouse after the order is ready for shipping, it takes 3-7 days for the big 5 countries i.e. USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and for the rest countries it takes 5-12 days.

What is my tracking number?
This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting support.
I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
Simply contact us at contact.silbay@gmail.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.
How can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

How can I cancel my order?
You must contact us within 12 hours. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
My item is damaged in transit; do I get an exchange or refund?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at contact.silbay@gmail.com with a picture/video of the damaged item, and then return the damaged item to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll analyze the item and if you are eligible, will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or stolen packages:
Silbay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Silbay will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses.
